Ms. Jahnae McCoy, an alum of Virginia Union University (VUU), was asked to speak at the organization’s “Welcome Home Panther Family” celebration this past Friday, October 18. The event’s mission this year was to highlight the accomplishments of VUU’s first- and second-year alum within the various departments throughout the campus. Ms. McCoy was asked to speak to the attendees about her accomplishments, steps she took to achieve those accomplishments, and challenges she faced during her journey.
